The Gefu Rapido Slicer is a fast and easy to use slicer that produces thin slices of vegetables and fruit. The slicer has special serrated knives made of Japanese blade steel that produce even 4-mm slices. The transparent, ergonomically shaped container for collecting the fruit and vegetable slices directly is also clamped onto the base of the slicer, which simultaneously functions as an ejector for food slices caught between the blades.
